Can you help us with getting a bulk mail account opened with the post office? We spoke with a woman at the bulk mail department and went to their website, but “wow” very confusing. The woman on the phone was absolutely no help. We are having to purchase first class stamps at full price and affix them to the postcards. You have a bulk stamp and we are hoping you can help us with the process since you have already gone thru it.
