NEW Back to School Letter
Use this letter as a salesletter in an envelope. Or, try it as a flyer in an envelope or in a doorknob hanger bag (see flyer example Video #1 and Video #2).
Use a handwritten font such as on this site. To install the handwriting font, see installing fonts.
Also use the handwriting font on the envelope.

Client Reminder "Oil Change" Postcard
Send this to current clients who haven't used you within a year. These reminders work REALLY well. In fact, if you have a mailing list, this is one of the best places to start if business is slow.
NOTE: This is a new, more graphic version of the old "Oil Change" reminder postcard.

NEW Realtor Offer For Distressed Properties
If you've got more time than money, this is great. Sure, you may need to give away a few hundred dollars in cleaning, but it will pay in the long run if your follow up is good.
This offer isn't for everyone. But if you're really needing business, this can get you in with Realtors and create a buzz about your company to the Realtor community.
I recommend you place the letters in an envelope, along with a gift certificate, and personally take them to real estate offices. If you really want to make a good impression, also go in with donuts, cookies, candy, or some type of treat.
Personally hand the letters to the realtors or ask if you can put them in the realtors mail boxes (if you brough treats this helps). Announce to the front desk person that you're helping realtors sell their distressed properties by giving away free carpet and tile cleaning. Approach the whole show as if you're Santa Claus giving away presents.
Consider also purchasing a mailing list of realtors and mailing them.
The suggested amount to give away is $100, but you can change it to $50, $75, etc.

Gift Certificate (Microsoft Publisher)
Note: I'd highly recommend including either the paper gift certificate or a gift card for the value you are giving away. Take this certificate to a printer and ask them to print it on paper that looks like a certificate (marbled patter paper, etc) and cut it in thirds.
NEW Restaurant Letter
I've used this letter to get in to fine dining restaurants. Often, we did trade outs or partial trade outs. In exchange, we received gift certificates for the restaurant. If you do this, make SURE not to discount your price as they aren't discounting their price to you.
