Newsletter to Get Clients to Clean NOW!
We'll be talking about this on our calls, so look it over. At the beginning of each January, I send out a newsletter with extra special offers. If you live where there's snow on the ground, you may want to consider strongly pushing rug cleaning in your shop (garage, etc) with FREE pickup. This newsletter is a great example of how to pile on the offers as extras without giving discounts off your service. By the way, on the page with the boxes around them, they are supposed to be dashes, but when I save my file to a Publisher 2000 file, so you can read it if you have an earlier version, it comes up as a solid box.
IMPORTANT: If you haven't sent your clients something in the past two weeks, send them something NOW!

Note: The Microsoft Publisher version will be available shorty. However, it won't look as much like a real newspaper as Publisher isn't the best software for newspaper design. But I'll provide it for you all since a couple of you have asked for it--check back in a week or two. If you don't have Indesign, you can download a trial at www.Adobe.com or view the PDF documents below (there is no page 3 for carpet cleaning).

NEW Neighborhood Newspaper in Publisher
Note: This is the Microsoft Publisher version. Publisher doesn't handle detailed detailed layouts (and Microsoft Word is even worse), so this version won't look as much like a newspaper as the Indesign. I made this available though for some of your who didn't want to hire a graphic designer or who wanted to copy and paste some of the newspaper copy.

NEW Insert For Newspaper
This is the insert we're putting in the middle of the newspaper. It can also be used as an insert to other flyers or packages. It simply restates the offer and gives a few last minute "Reasons why" they should call you.
