3 Tips to Get Cleaning Jobs Now

Join the Ad Club… Member Details Here

Christmas is nearly here.

For many cleaning companies, this means the jobs STOP rolling in.  But you can do something to get your phone ringing again.

Last night I held a members only webinar where I gave some valuable tips on combating this common problem.

And I decided to post a “short” segment of that webinar on my blog.

These tips work NOW or any time when business suddenly slows down.

P.S.  If you are planning to get a few more jobs in before the end of the year, these are some quick tips that can help ANY cleaning biz.

Facebook Advertising for Cleaners

You have TWO OPTIONS:

1.  Join the Ad Club at www.Hitmanadvertising.com/coaching

2.  Sign up for only the Facebook Course Right Here

Would you believe you could advertise to new prospects for 32 cents?

And you can do repeat advertising to prospects for as little as 3 cents?

Facebook advertising is wide open right now.  But it won’t be for long.

This is the SECOND video above.

If you need more cleaning clients and you’re on a small budget, this is ideal.

Heck, even if you have a huge budget, this is something you can use to add to your marketing efforts.

P.S.  I’m serious when I tell you the cost for Facebook advertising will go up soon.  If you do this now you’ll be way above your competition.

Why is Google De-Ranking Cleaning Websites?

For details on Hitman’s coaching club: www.Hitmanadvertising.com/coaching

For many cleaning companies, getting ranked on Google has been the best marketing return ever.

The cost is minimal and you can easily get a dozen calls a week from a good placement.

But staying ranked on Google doesn’t come without complications.

See this video above where I explain.

The fact is very few websites stay on top of Google.  And most cleaning websites have been affected by these recent changes.

P.S.  Don’t let this happen to your site.  And if it’s already happened, see what you can do to make it better.

7 Facebook Tips to Get Cleaning Clients

I typed up these 7 tips for you if you need clients right away.  The holidays are the easiest time to get clients.

You can get clients FREE or for little cost using Facebook.

#1:  Ability to add more content: Content is one of the best ways to reach new customers.  You can instantly post articles, stories, or short blurbs related to your cleaning business.   This makes your Facebook page somewhat of a “living newsletter.”

#2:  SEO improvement.  Google and other search engines love when you have Facebook users interact with your business.  Your Facebook page can show up in the top ten of Google (if you do it right) and it can help your website RANK HIGHER.

#3:  Facebook coupons.  This is cheaper and more effective than Val-pak and old coupon sources.  We’re now using coupons on Facebook to get cleaning clients.  When a user “Likes” your page, they automatically get the coupon.

#4:  Use Facebook pay-per-click.  You can set up ad campaigns for as little as $1 per day in Facebook’s ad section.

#5:  A Billion Users and Growing: Currently, Facebook has slightly over a billion users, worldwide. This is solid proof that most of your local consumers are probably spending a lot of time on Facebook.

#6:  Photos and videos.  People LOVE photos and videos.  In fact, I’ve tested my post interaction.  Posts with photos or videos get more interaction every time.

#7:  Facebook contests.  This is great to get leads and more “Likes” on your page.  When a user “Likes” your page, they’re automatically entered in your contest for a free $100 gift certificate or a free whole house cleaning.

In my Advertising Coaching Club, we’re doing LOTS of training on how to use Facebook to get cleaning clients. Many members are getting increases in website ranking and a surge of new clients.  See how you can join by Clicking Here.

Re: New Online Advertising Tactics
From: John Braun

There are some brand new things we’re doing on Facebook.

Hardly any other small businesses are doing it…especially not other cleaning companies.

Why Facebook?

1.  It’s cheap, effective advertising.  You can do a campaign for as little as $1 per day.

2.  Your prospects and clients likely spend more time on Facebook than television or any other media.  Yep, it’s that big.

Start doing this BEFORE your competition does.

Until later,

Hope you’ve got a fun weekend planned.

Perfect weather here in Florida.  I’m looking forward to taking my kids camping with some friends later today.

I just posted a video to walk you through all the Ins and Outs of setting up a Google Plus personal and business page.

***Google Plus is VERY important in your marketing***

Even if you’ve already got a Google Plus account, you’ll pick up a few great pointers.

This is actually a video that’s part of the Social Media course I recently started teaching to my members.  You’ll get a sneak-peak at checking it out.

Social Media Marketing

Signing up for Facebook and other social sites is just the first step…the real magic comes after that.

Social media can do this for you:

  1. Boost your website ranking in the searches
  2. Bring you clients directly from the social media sites

Here’s a video clip from a private member webinar I did the other night:

The good news is that spreading the word about your social media profiles is fairly simple.  Here are a few ways:

  • All the major social media sites have widgets you can use to create buttons and banners on your business website.

  • Create postcards or newsletters to promote your social media. Add in a promotion or discount in order to gain more followers.

  • Use appropriate keywords. For example, a carpet cleaning company in Atlanta may use “Carpet Cleaning Atlanta” or a variation of the phrase throughout their posts for search engines to see.

  • Link your blog entries to your social media sites. Plus, link your social media accounts together.  For example, LinkedIn has widgets to auto-post to Facebook.

I have to say this…”I’m NOT in love with social media just for the sake of being a techno weenie or an online social butterfly.

But I do LOVE what the Internet can do for our cleaning businesses!”

When done properly, Internet marketing is by far the #1 return in advertising for cleaning companies.

The problem is, you need to know where to spend your time so you don’t end up wasting dozens of hours on the Internet.

So what I recently did was create a three page FREE handout just for you.
